Customer Service Manager

Job Description:
Biscayne Hospitality is pleased to offer a Full-Time position for an experienced Customer Service and Support Manager. We are a rapidly growing small business offering a unique opportunity for dedicated and motivated individuals to grow their career trajectory with us. The candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic, high paced environment with a passion for customer service. Candidate should be skilled in proactive communication, operating in a team setting, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate should have the ability for critical thinking and to deduce important issues. This position also provides a unique opportunity to travel throughout the US to customer sites to trouble shoot and resolve any deployment issues with our product.
Travel: up to twice a month on average
· Capable of leading our overall Service/Implementation team.
· Candidate should have a good working knowledge of mechanical and/or furniture construction concepts to diagnose product failure and discuss repair options with the service technicians.
· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to determine cause of failure for a product.
· Able to work with our Production Team to create a plan for eliminating this failure in future products.
· Must have a customer service mind set and possess excellent communication skills.
· Candidate must meticulously pay attention to details and be able to understand and document the issue at the customer site.
· Candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Office, Drobox, and Salesforce
Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000; eligibility to Biscayne’s end of year bonus program; profit-sharing plan; 401k matching contribution; and 90% funding of the company’s health insurance plan premiums.
