Our company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to fill all the prescriptions our patients need, while following the standards set by our organization. You will be responsible for keeping complete and up-to-date records for all prescription and non-prescription medications. Your job is to ensure that all technicians use our company's guidelines when preparing medications in order to prevent errors and improve quality. As a Pharmacy Technician you should be highly organized. We want to see a record of great customer service and strong operational skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, superior customer service with a smile
• Helping pharmacists fill prescriptions, medical supply orders, and OTC orders.
• Handling phone inquiries
• Complete any and all tasks required and assigned
• Be able to provide delivery services to patients throughout all areas of Birmingham
• Knowledge of MedSync programs and implementing within pharmacy practice
• Handle Clinical Prior Authorization services
• Complete any and all errands and tasks that are assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:
