Examines heartbeat patterns on electrocardiograph monitors. Makes note of irregular rhythms and monitors changes in heartbeat. Ensures that monitors are functioning properly. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Eligible for 401(k). Schedule: 3x12's, 6:30p -7a
