Join a fun, supportive team in our office and help welcome and schedule new patients. You will be the patients' first point of contact for all things related to starting orthodontic treatment.

A warm and outgoing personality and an eagerness to learn are qualities we are looking for in our new team member!

We have a wonderful administrative staff and you would join our current treatment coordinator to create a strong team in the front office to help grow our practice through marketing and creating a wonderful patient experience. A willingness to adopt New Patient phone call protocol/scripting is very important as this is the patient’s first impression of the office.

Familiarity with social media posting for marketing is very valuable to us. This includes helping to post on our facebook and instagram accounts as well as posting contests and prizes, showing our appreciation to referring offices and patients and helping plan events to promote our practice.

We use Dolphin Management System in the office. It is a fairly simple program to learn and you will be trained on how to navigate its many functions.

Hours: 4 days/wk 7am-5pm

*there may be an occasional 5th day due to vacation coverage for our other front staff

We have very low staff turnover and we pride ourselves on creating a great work environment where we support one another, resolve any conflict swiftly and professionally and have fun! We truly are a work family, looking for the perfect new addition.
