Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our growing Ocala Team! You will be responsible for working with the Agency's Controller on operational accounting activities and the Personal Lines Insurance Team in assisting guests by taking payments, processing mortgagee changes along with other administrative duties . A Team Player will succeed!

Responsibilities:

Insurance Company Statement Reconciliation

Bank Statement Reconciliation

Check Preparation

Taking Payments

Customer Service

Ordering Supplies

Vendor Relations (Phone Service, Internet etc.)

As a Team Member you are eligible for:

Requirements:

· A history of being a goal driven, self-motivated Team Player
