High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to teach and train on equipment
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Efficiently set up CPAP devices for patients, ensuring proper installation, calibration and function
Teach patients the importance of compliance and use of CPAP device
Maintain an average CPAP compliance rate for patients as set forth by VP of Respiratory
Be an active participant in the CPAP/Respiratory Tech meetings to review monthly stats
Complete proper patient documentation in initiation of respiratory therapy procedures
Answering in-store phone calls for respiratory or sales floor
Coordinate all aspects of services including physician’s orders
Coordinate with the patient and caregiver(s) for therapy and/or equipment instruction
Perform sales and rentals using the POS system
Requisitioning of product
Enter patient information in computer systems
