WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Ability to teach and train on equipment

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

• Efficiently set up CPAP devices for patients, ensuring proper installation, calibration and function

• Teach patients the importance of compliance and use of CPAP device

• Maintain an average CPAP compliance rate for patients as set forth by VP of Respiratory

• Be an active participant in the CPAP/Respiratory Tech meetings to review monthly stats 

• Complete proper patient documentation in initiation of respiratory therapy procedures

• Answering in-store phone calls for respiratory or sales floor 

• Coordinate all aspects of services including physician’s orders

• Coordinate with the patient and caregiver(s) for therapy and/or equipment instruction

• Perform sales and rentals using the POS system

• Requisitioning of product

• Enter patient information in computer systems

• Any additional duties assigned

• Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
