· Number of Beds - 20

· Number of Staff – 30 (RN, LVN’s and PCT’s)

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 4 RN (1 is charge) and 2 PCT’s

o Night Shift – 4 RN (1 is charge) and 2 PCT’s

· Patient Ratios – 4:1 or 5:1

· Type of equipment - rehab

· EMR – meditech

· Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – 1 night shift

Salary: $40.00 - $52.00 per hour
