Role: Branding Specialist

Locations: Boston, MA 02116 (2-3 Days office HYBRID)

Duration: 3-6 Months Contract

Job Responsibilities:

Employer Branding

• Ensures all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels including collateral, online, social media, email, and events/webinars, always being an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style.
• Collaborates with Attorney Recruiting leadership team and external vendors (e.g., Flo Recruit, Forage, LinkedIn, NALP, Vault) to raise brand awareness, increase website and social media traffic, and drive qualified leads.
• Drives social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, MoFo blog) content to further department goals and provide thought leadership materials to nurture target audiences.
• Shares brand internally via MoFo Connects Attorney Talent headlines to support attorney morale and engagement and ensure the MoFo community stays up to date on Attorney Recruiting, Attorney Learning & Development, and Strategic Growth activities.
• Maintains industry contacts to keep informed on leading industry trends, while monitoring the overall landscape for reputational risk for the firm and its clients.
• Monitors competitive intelligence in the Legal Talent market utilizing industry publications (e.g., Law.com, Bloomberg Law, Law360) and Research Services team.

Campus Recruiting and Engagement

• Maintains internal talking points for Attorney Recruiting team and attorney representatives re candidate FAQs and firm hot topics.
• Liaises with Marketing (Communications, Content Marketing, Awards & Rankings), Attorney Talent (Attorney Recruiting, Diversity Inclusion, Attorney Learning & Development), and Human Resources (HRIS/Analysis) teams to draft On-Campus Interviewer Toolkit to prepare Attorney Recruiting team and attorney representatives for candidate interviews.
• Drafts firm narratives and job descriptions for on campus interview requests and job postings.
• Collaborates with Attorney Recruiting leadership and Creative Services teams to create external marketing materials for law student and law school communications.
• Liaises with Digital Marketing team to maintain up-to-date content on MoFo To-Go.
• Serves as Attorney Recruiting representative with Creative Services team to ensure effective project management of the Hong Kong and London recruiting team’s marketing materials and other collaterals.
• Maintains law student communications contact list and sends regular firm updates for continuous candidate engagement.
• Liaise with Diversity Inclusion and Content Marketing teams to produce semi-annual D I Campus Download.

Summer Associate Program (SAP)

• Collaborates with Creative Services team to design SAP theme and collaterals.
• Designs and drives social media schedule to highlight SAP activities and attorney recruiting tips.
• Collects SAP event photos from local office recruiting leads.
• Collaborates with Creative Services team during the SAP retreat to record videos of summer associates and presenters showcasing MoFo stories and values.
• Selects summer associate quotes from SAP end-of-summer survey to showcase MoFo values.

Attorney Learning & Development

• Project manages industry survey timelines and communications.
• Serves as liaison to Creative Services to create engaging internal communication and external marketing collaterals.
