Job Description:
Construction Project Lead directly oversees miscellaneous construction and signage projects, aids in project schedules and assigning General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors. Distributes all required project documents to external and internal contacts. Negotiates pricing, reviews and approves proposals and invoices, tracks progress and ensures close-outs for all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives assigned. Supplies Client Field Organization and Management updates detailing the status of all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives on a regular basis.
Key Strengths:
- Strong organization and project planning skills are necessary.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
- Adept in Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word. Lucernex and Service Channel experience a plus.
Good to Have:
- 3 years in Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Fixturing, Architectural Design, or related construction trades is preferred.
- Understanding and ability to read blueprints, specifically Floor Plans, Elevations, and Site Plans.
- Strong knowledge of store layouts, HVAC, electrical and plumbing criteria would be desired.
- Experience working on complex projects is good to have.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
