Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering all incoming calls and emails from customers to process orders, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems, and providing general information. Ideal candidates must have an upbeat demeanor, a strong work ethic, and a track record of working well with others in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Services customers by providing product and order information and resolving problems via inbound phone calls, emails, and our website.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and order questions and suggesting information about other products and services to promote growth and sales.
  • Assists customers with placing new orders and maintains customer records by updating account information as needed.
  • Aids in the daily production of customized corporate kits and index tabs.
  • Represents the company in a positive manner and uses a solution-based approach when assisting customers.
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.
  • Exercises patience and good judgment when dealing with customer issues/complaints.
  • Assists with both retail and wholesale customer accounts.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • 1 years of experience in a customer service setting.
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment, providing operational support to colleagues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience working in NetSuite ERP software is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail to ensure a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with coworkers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Capacity to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
