Position Summary: The receptionist position provides general customer support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments as well as personally ensuring the customer is welcomed and their needs are attended to.

In this position you will:

• Answer telephones and directs calls accordingly
• Greet and direct visitors to the correct department
• Take messages for various personnel
• Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website and other related information
• Assist with other related clerical duties such as copying, faxing, and filing
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Previous experience providing administrative support in a business setting helpful but not required
• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic office skills
• License to drive a vehicle to run errands as needed.
• Must have skip in their step, hard worker with the ability to finish what they start
