Position : Full-Time Customer Service Coordinator

Your Role in Our Mission :

with our clients. As our Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming voice

and helpful guide for our clients, playing a pivotal role in dispatching calls, coordinating

sales leads, and ensuring a smooth and delightful experience for everyone who reaches

Your Day-to-Day Journey :

• Collaborating closely with our sales team to achieve collective goals.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, becoming the trusted voice for our clients.
• Skillfully handling client calls and dispatching service requests.
• Seamlessly coordinating schedules for our sales team and maintaining effective

communication.

Acting as a vital link between our customers and the company, ensuring all needs are

met with a positive attitude.

• Maintaining accurate customer records, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets to keep up with certain data this role is responsible for.

What You Bring to the Table :

• 5 years of experience in Inside Sales.
• 5 years of Customer Service experience, preferably over the phone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A talent for organization and attention to detail.
• A passion for conversation and excellent phone etiquette.
• A genuine desire to help and delight others.
• A collaborative spirit, ready to join a team that values unity and support.
