Responsibilities:

• Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all channels.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
• Utilize video editing tools to produce high-quality videos adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on social media trends and industry best practices.
• Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings to enhance our content strategies.
• Produce testimonial videos to support our recruitment, sales, and branding efforts.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using key metrics to optimize strategies for growth and engagement.

Key Performance Indicators we’ll use to measure effectiveness:

• Engagement Rate: Measure interactions relative to views to assess video engagement.
• View-through Rate (VTR): Determine viewer retention and interest levels.
• Conversion Rate: Track actions taken post-view, such as website visits or purchases.
• Click-Through Rate (CTR): Measure viewer interaction with CTAs.
• Reach and Impressions: Evaluate video visibility and unique viewer count.
• Watch Time: Assess viewer engagement based on average watch duration.
• Shares and Virality: Track video sharing and potential reach.
• Feedback and Sentiment: Monitor audience reactions and sentiment.
• ROI (Return on Investment): Evaluate campaign effectiveness versus production costs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an influencer or content creator, with a strong portfolio of engaging content.
• Proficiency in video editing software and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
