Qualifications:

This is a customer-oriented leadership position involving cash handling, making drinks, and management of people, COGS, budgets, and growing sales. Alignment with company core values.

We do require that you:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be available to work 35 hours a week or more
• Be available to work weekends
• Have reliable transportation
• Complete our New Barista Training Program- You will then receive your own dedicated trainer for your first 8 shifts to work alongside you and make sure you are comfortable with every aspect of the business.
• Complete Shift Leader, PERColator, and Manager Training
• ServSafe Certified—or ability to complete certification
