The personin this role will report to the team lead and will perform activitiesconsistent with the position of an IXN Network Manager which will include, butare not limited to:
●Creation of thedepartment vision/mission statement, tactical strategy, proposals and budgets.
● Leads technical project management from planning through toexecution and change management.
●Development of standard procedures and policies for best practicesin privacy and security.
●Supervises andleads IXN Teams of up to 10 staff, their policies, procedures, solutiondelivery, application services, IaaS and professional development.
●Manages theenhancement of the IXN customer portal, including all sales and marketingefforts.
●Manages servicelevel agreements (SLAs)
●Understands andreport on key program performance metrics.
●Leads service operations including problem, incident, andconfiguration management processes order tracking.
●Ability toidentify, analyze and synthesize issues, manage problems and apply root-causeanalysis to make data-driven decisions.
●Additionalresponsibilities as they relate to the position and needs of the department.
●Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business, computer science, ortechnical program plus 4 years of experience leading teams that provide datahosting or SaaS is required.
●2 years ofexperience in budgeting and project planning required.
●3-5 years of supervisory experience leading high-performing teamsin a SaaS environment.
●Experience in IT, marketing, sales, project management a plus
●Excellent communication(verbal, written and listening) skills and able to collaboratively engage withall levels of stakeholders to work towards dynamic solutions.
●Maintains established contacts within the industry for long-termbusiness growth.
●Working knowledge of CRMs, cloud services platforms, and securityprotocols is highly recommended.
The salary for this position is between $120,000-$125,000 peryear, depending upon factors such as qualifications, experience, skill levels,technical competencies, and other criteria.

Location & Work Environment
This positionis full-time and offers a hybrid work arrangement. You may be required to workin an office in Okemos, Michigan onsite approximately 3 to 4 days per week(subject to change). Travel is primarily local duringthe business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel (0-25%) may beexpected to represent the IXN community at events and trade shows.
