Big Tree Hospitality is looking for a Food and Beverage Operations Manager for our Eventide Oyster Co. and The Honey Paw locations in Portland, ME! While these two restaurants serve different styles of food, they share the common goal of being restaurants that create and sustain community (and a prep space!). Come join our James Beard Award winning team and work in a fast paced, high volume, upbeat atmosphere!
We’re seeking someone with a genuine passion for food, beverage, and hospitality with at least 5 years of restaurant management experience with increasing responsibility. The ideal applicant will be someone who is multifaceted with a professional demeanor and, a strong business acumen. The ideal candidate is self reliant, proactive and works best autonomously.
This position will oversee training, leading, and supervision of both Eventide and The Honey Paw’s Front Of House teams, including front of house Managers while solving and assisting with maintenance upkeep throughout the building.
