Job Overview:

Big Tent Coalition (BTC) seeks a proactive and motivated Field Manager to support the District Manager and our team in revolutionizing the political landscape of Illinois. Our ideal candidate is someone looking to develop their professional skills and learn the political process - ranging from superior data analysis to advancing intelligent political discourse through strategic door-to-door campaigning.

Duties:

  • Collaborate with the District Manager to identify and recruit interns, fostering a diverse and skilled team to support campaign initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing and mobilizing volunteers, ensuring seamless integration into campaign activities.
  • Help generate detailed weekly progress reports for regional managers, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and strategies.
  • Oversee inventory for campaign materials, including literature, signs, and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient distribution.
  • Provide operational support to streamline campaign activities and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
