Looking for a self motivated crew member to join our team working in the kitchen as a dish washer.

Big Pig has a lot of big and small items that are cleaned on a daily basis, both hand washed and through an industrial kitchen machine.

Daily tasks require cleaning of all dishes and items that are dirty, maintaining clean floors throughout the building and the walk in, assisting in taking out trash/recycling throughout the day, as well as miscellaneous cleaning tasks as they are needed.

Requirements:

-Ability to stand for long hours

-Work as a team and be self motivated

-Assist others in keeping the restaurant as a whole clean

Job Duties:

• Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
• Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places
• Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises, including emptying trash cans, cleaning drink machines, and cleaning any spills and broken glass immediately
• Other duties as requested

Schedule:

• Weekends required
• Day shift
• Night shift

This Job Is:

• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
• A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
