Seeking a multi-dimensional prep cook with some BBQ experience to join our team. Ideally seeking a candidate who can stay productive without constant supervision. Must have open availability including early mornings, days and evenings. Your role would be preparing and working on kitchen and catering prep and production where needed. We are looking to fill this role ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Following a prep list.
• Measuring weighting and following batch production recipes.
• Contributing to maintaining a very organized kitchen and work space.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
• Reliable transportation
• 1 year of kitchen experience, or equivalent culinary training
