Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Our solutions provide companies with cost-effective and reliable ways to respond to daily challenges, which includes responding to customers’ inquiries and complaints. We are looking for a responsible Customer Service Associate to be responsible for all customer service-related activities and working closely with our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and within a team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, has great communication skills, and is able to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and other forms of communication
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and direct calls to the correct department
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, past orders, product information, etc.
• Collect payment information when necessary
• Prepare accurate invoices using Shopify software
• Enter data into systems accurately, with consistency, and in a timely manner
• Maintain office equipment including computers, phones, printers, etc.
• Keep inventory of items in inventory
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist customers with their queries as needed
• Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred but not required. College degree preferred but not required.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
