Job Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of a Lead Bartender. This unique position requires a passion for mixology, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Bartender, you will craft delicious cocktails, engage with guests, and ensure that our bar operates smoothly and efficiently. You will work with the Evening Manager to oversee the front-of-house operations during evening shifts, coordinating service, and maintaining our high standards of excellence. Additionally, you will take the lead in orchestrating service for private events, with a particular focus on weddings.

Responsibilities:

Bartender:

• Serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, following established recipes and techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Contribute to the development of new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service, coordinating with kitchen staff and other departments as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, comments, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Lead service for private events, with a focus on weddings, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly and exceed the expectations of the hosts and their guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending and/or hospitality management, with a base knowledge of beer, wine, mixology and beverage service.
• Coffee knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for 6-8 hour periods.
• Proven organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
• Regular availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred.
