Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Data Integrity Analyst to join our team in Louisville, KY Responsible for achieving in-depth knowledge of the EPIC system and serve as a bridge between end users and EPIC implementation staff. Contribute to the planning of health information content and develop structure and edit health record documentation and clinical documentation to ensure data integrity. Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required: 5 years of experience in HIM or other applicable departments. 3 years of experience in HIM or other applicable departments while pursuing a bachelor’s degree or. 1 year of experience in HIM or other applicable departments with a RHIA or RHIT credential.
