Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Proactively and independently obtain/analyze data to gather insights/identify opportunities and communicate findings to leadership to optimize business operations
  • Transform and organize data into recurring dashboards, reports, and tools (using Power BI) that will drive action across various business functions
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and macros to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, clinical, human resources, and finance, to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for various initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Strong sense of intellectual and operational curiosity
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem-solver
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two or more years of experience in data intelligence/optimization role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Microsoft Access
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, data modeling, and data visualization techniques
