Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Proactively and independently obtain/analyze data to gather insights/identify opportunities and communicate findings to leadership to optimize business operations
- Transform and organize data into recurring dashboards, reports, and tools (using Power BI) that will drive action across various business functions
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and macros to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, clinical, human resources, and finance, to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for various initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Strong sense of intellectual and operational curiosity
- High attention to detail
- Problem-solver
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two or more years of experience in data intelligence/optimization role
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Microsoft Access
- Proficiency in PowerBI, data modeling, and data visualization techniques
