BHL Services, Inc., a family-owned general contracting company, has been handling our client’s new store construction, remodels, ground up and tenant improvement projects since 2003. We need to add a Project Manager to our team!
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the jobsite:
· Support onsite superintendent to maintain job schedule and necessary inspections.
· Coordinate with client on RFI’s, deliveries, change orders.
· Troubleshoot, troubleshoot, troubleshoot.
· Travel to job site as necessary.
· Turn in a quality, completed project on time.
Manage the financials:
· Review estimates with an eye on job costing
· Manage project change orders and costs/coordinating with accounting.
· Prepare weekly status report to client.
· Work closely with accounting on invoicing to client and subcontractor invoices.
Qualifications?
· Minimum five years project management experience.
· Two or four-year college degree is preferred but not required.
· Microsoft Office experience is necessary as is a valid driver’s license.
Great phone and communication skills are necessary as well as being organized. Able to take initiative, solve almost any problem and an eye for detail are necessary. And the ability to do all of the above with a positive can-do attitude!
