Prior background of working as a hands-on software developer.
Excellent communication and interactive skills.
Prior experience in managing onshore, and offshore teams and Vendors on large projects ($1M or more).

These are mainly projects for launching Banking products.
Projects involved Software development leveraging technologies such as Java, Informatica, AWS, PowerBi etc.
It requires working with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams.
It requires communicating effectively with business stakeholders.
