We are looking for a customer service oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities for this position include:

• Maintain client files with proper records according to agency procedures.
• Process change requests/endorsements, binders, certificates, proposals, policies, and audits.
• Prepare policies, renewals, proposals and other documents for delivery to insureds and prospective clients.

• Assist Producers as needed to respond to any service needs of clients.
• Provide highest quality customer service at all times which includes every effort to exceed the customer’s expectations.
• Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure persistency of accounts.
• Attend relevant internal and external continuing education seminars and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Provide Account Management backup for the team when necessary during scheduled vacations, personal leave, or at a manager’s discretion.
• Maintain working knowledge of all carrier products and processes.
• Perform other functions as assigned by management.

Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred. Property and Casualty Insurance license preferred but not required. Insurance, Banking, and/or customer service background a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good listening skills
• Ability to successfully and creatively problem solve and negotiate solutions
• Ability to organize and prioritize is essential
• Ability to work in a team environment and train others as necessary
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel (knowledge of working with spreadsheets is required)
• Experience with AMS360 preferred but not required
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking office environment.
