The Role

BeyondTrust is seeking a Technical Enablement Program Manager to join our team and ensure the success of our global technical enablement programs. This includes the concept, implementation, and maintenance of various programs. This role will also support alignment, content reuse, and collaborative development of content across all technical enablement initiatives including Customer and Employee-focused programs, and updates to our enablement roadmap. The Technical Enablement team is responsible for equipping our employees, partners, and customers to be successful through engaging and effective onboarding and continuous learning programs.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform regular needs analysis with stakeholders to identify personas, knowledge, and skill gaps and create technical training programs to address those gaps globally
  • Develop and maintain program plans & charters, including defining project goals, milestones, deliverables, and resourcing for technical training programs
  • Own end-to-end success of your enablement programs, including development, implementation, scalability, and continuous change management
  • Coordinate with training resource teams to execute on content development, delivery, and maintenance plans including managing risks and dependencies
  • Establish ongoing cross-functional collaboration with the broader enablement team, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and other teams to ensure enablement is executed in a timely manner with the required technical depth
  • Collaboratively prioritize technical enablement programs and enhancements based on assessed impact and available resources
  • Build strong relationships, reputation, credibility, and influence with key stakeholders at all levels across the business to drive consensus and alignment and evangelize our programs
  • Lead internal stakeholders to identify and gather existing learning content and repackage as needed
  • Define and track metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of the program investments and periodically evaluate and improve programs based on feedback
  • Create and maintain certification programs, including renewal, to validate student knowledge and experience

  • Partner Enablement – Focused on development and execution of impactful training and enablement specific to our global partner network, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Resellers, and Distributors
  • Customer Enablement – Focused on development and execution of impactful training and enablement specific to customers, including our paid training programs
  • Employee Enablement – Focused on development and execution of impactful training and enablement specific to our technical employees including support, solutions engineering, professional services, technical account management, and more

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in software or other technology field
  • Ability to manage complex requirements and conflicting priorities
  • Proven history of aligning cross-functional teams with varied goals and objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and affect change without having positional authority
  • Strong communication skills through multiple channels including email, phone, Teams, and Asana
  • Solid understanding of the enablement and training processes and how to evangelize and roll out the programs effectively across the organization
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills

Nice To Have

  • Technical experience with operational technology, endpoint security, or identity security spaces
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Program management or training experience
  • Experience with a global organization
