Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position in a dental office.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and update medical information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with medical office systems is a plus
