Bethel Lutheran Church is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near Madison, WI

Bethel Lutheran Church is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in office management tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide administrative assistance to pastoral staff

- Assist in scheduling and coordination of meetings

- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining church records

- Provide administrative support to program staff and congregational ministry

- Point of contact for baptism, weddings, funerals

- Utilize computer skills for various office tasks

**Qualifications:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

- High school diploma required with post-secondary education or related administrative experience preferred

- 3 years in a business administration role is preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gogle Suite is required

- Knowledge of clerical duties and office management procedures

- Ability to write and speak effectively to and with diverse audiences

- Ability to work with others on a team as well as independently

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and poise under pressure

- Ability to prioritize tasks and requests from multiple sources

- Ability to maintain confidence and guard privileged information

- Ability to complete a background check is required
