Day (United States of America)Residency will be one year term. The Resident will be assigned project work at both BID-Needham and BID-Milton Hospitals working primarily under the supervision of the hospital president or other designated preceptor on a wide variety of projects at both facilities. The Resident may also assist in various departments coordinated and approved by the president or their designates. These assignments will serve the dual purpose of assisting the departments with projects and contributing to the Resident’s academic needs and areas of interest.Job Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Graduate of a Master’s level program related to healthcare administration, or actively enrolled and working towards completion of Master’s level program in healthcare.
