Sunset Properties, Inc. is hiring for the PM Front Desk position (3 pm – 11 pm) at The Best Western Sunset Inn. As a key representative of our hotel, you'll serve as the friendly face of our establishment, making a significant contribution to guest satisfaction. We're looking for candidates with computer proficiency and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:

• Register guests & assign rooms
• Reservations & cancellations
• Interact courteously with guests
• Provide local info & assistance
• Perform assigned duties and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hotel-related/customer service experience preferred (1 year)
• Professional communication skills with guests and staff
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Proficiency in computer-based tasks
