We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience through your knowledge of mixology and friendly demeanor. ### Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to established recipes and standards
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar area

### Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and garnishments
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
