We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring that all food and beverage items are stocked and displayed attractively
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with any questions or special requests
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot/cold food items
- Monitor food levels throughout the breakfast service, replenishing as needed to ensure a consistent supply for guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including wiping down tables, counters, and equipment
- Clear tables and clean dishes promptly to ensure an efficient dining experience for guests
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Assist with catering events or special functions as needed
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system

Skills:
- Previous experience in guest services or a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest relations
- Knowledge of basic meal preparation techniques and food handling procedures
- Ability to operate a cash register or POS system for cash transactions
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
