Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service, including patience and a friendly demeanor

• Exceptional organization and time management

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Great active listening skills

• Ability and willingness to collaborate

• Knowledge of foodservice regulations and proper food handling procedures

• Capability to learn quickly and memorize menu details

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work flexible work schedules that include nights and weekends

• Physically able to be on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted

Requirements:

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in POS systems for order processing
- Strong guest service orientation with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately
- Strong guest relations skills to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and handling payments
- Sales skills to promote menu items and upsell when appropriate
- Customer service mindset with a willingness to help guests as needed
- Culinary knowledge is a plus but not required
