Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supervising and performing various maintenance duties to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Perform electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work schedules
- Weld, fabricate, and maintain equipment as needed
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Leadership abilities to supervise maintenance staff

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
