We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms and common areas of our hotel. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all common areas of the hotel
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with housekeeping management software is beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
