We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly customer service professional! This position is responsible for providing superior customer service at all times. You will assist guests with check-ins/outs, resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, reservations, etc. as well as handle guest registration, room assignments, night audit, and accommodating special requests whenever possible. We are currently looking for a part-time employee for our overnight shift (11 pm-7 am) 2 nights a week; some other evening and weekend hours are available, as well. Job Requirements: *Must be an outgoing, positive, friendly person. *Must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills. *Prior face-to-face customer experience is a huge plus but your attitude is more important. *Previous hotel experience preferred but not required. *Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. *Must have reliable transportation. *Computer experience is a plus.
