Best Western Hotel is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Seekonk, MA
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly customer service professional. You will be responsible for providing superior customer service at all times. You will assist guests with check-ins/outs, resolve complaints; assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, reservations, etc, as well, as handle guest registration, room assignments, and accommodating special requests whenever possible. Day and evening shifts available. Weekend availability required.
Job Requirements:*Must be an outgoing, positive, friendly person. *Must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills. *Prior face-to-face customer experience is a huge plus but your attitude is more important. *Previous hotel experience preferred but not required. *Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. *Must have reliable transportation. *Computer experience is a plus.
