Responsibilities
- Negotiate, draft and review transportation contracts, NDAs, Saas agreements, and other commercial contracts
- Advise management on risks and challenges facing the company and provide practical solutions
- Provide litigation oversight and support
- Advise on employee relations issues and provide guidance as to best employment practices
- Assist in development of templates, policies, and operating procedures
Experience
- Generalist background
- 4-6 years of experience revising and negotiating contracts
- Law firm or in house experience strongly preferred
