Papa Murphy's is currently recruiting a Multi-Unit General Manager to lead multiple stores. The successful candidate will ideally possess 5 years experience as a restaurant leader or full service concept, the ability to influence, mentor and serve team members effectively.
Our General Managers starting base salary is $45K to $50K per year depending on qualification, health benefits, vacation and monthly bonus pay available for successful customer service scores, food and labor cost management. We also have cell phone pay. Developing Leaders is our mission.

Summary Description
The Multi-Unit Manager role is responsible for all facets of the operation for an assigned Papa Murphy’s store, while supervising multiple other store locations. The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for continually promoting a store culture that embraces the company’s core values of Quality, Service, Integrity, and Teamwork. The Multi-Unit Manager will have an Assistant Store Manager to operate their assigned PMI store location(s) while visiting other locations he/she is designated to supervise. This role will perform all the duties listed below and may have other job-related duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
