Your expertise in critical care nursing will be essential in providing life-saving interventions and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients in the CCU.2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.3. Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and patient responses to treatment.4. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.5. Provide education and support to patients and their families.6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.7. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as professional standards of practice.Qualifications and Skills:1. Graduate of an accredited nursing program.2. Current RN license in the state of practice.3. Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred.4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.5. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.8.
