```Duties```
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. As an ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a critical care setting. Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting physical examinations and assessments of patients
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and interpreting vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostic information
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assisting with procedures such as tube feedings, ostomy care, gastric lavage, and Botox administration
- Providing health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Triage and prioritizing patient needs based on acuity level
- Working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a healthcare setting
- Utilizing medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare professionals
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an ICU or critical care setting
- Proficient in performing physical examinations and assessments
- Experience with triage and prioritizing patient needs based on acuity level
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with CT scans and interpretation of results
- Experience providing health coaching and education to patients and their families
