Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Duties:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive the organization's financial success
- Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies
- Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources
- Manage accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments to vendors
- Forecast future financial needs and develop budget plans
- Implement accrual accounting practices to accurately track expenses and revenue
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct account analysis to identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for decision-making processes

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Director of Finance or similar position
- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices
- Proficient in account analysis, cost control, and risk management techniques
- Experience with accrual accounting methods and regulatory reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective financial report writing
- Familiarity with financial services industry trends and best practices
