As the Quality Manager in the electronics industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management, including process audits, customer interactions, and team management.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor's degree in quality engineering or equivalent experience in manufacturing operations (10 years).
• IPC-610 certification or extensive experience with IPC-610 standards.
• Strong background in SMT electronics manufacturing.
• Experience managing and delegating tasks to a quality team.
• Comfortable working early shifts (5 am or 6 am) and being hands-on with the team.
• Bilingual Vietnamese proficiency is a PLUS, not a requirement.
• Willingness to travel for various projects and tasks.
