Talentry is looking for a skilled Quality Control Manager to ensure that our client's products and processes are safe and effective by developing and managing programs and test methods for QC biology testing. This person will design, implement, and manage the biological testing program for our cell-based therapies.
The appropriate candidate for this role will help in setting up a QC lab, write the SOPs, manage equipment IQ/OQ/PQ, supervise GMP release testing, perform documentation, and operate appropriate QC tools as needed (Flow Cytometers, ELISA, cell sorters/counters, etc.)
The best person for this role will hire and train more junior associates, and help our cell therapy company grow.
Requirements
BS/MS in Biology, Biochemistry, or similar and 5 years of experience.
QC experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
Proven experience writing SOPs, performing IQ/OQ/PQ, and using QC Tools.
Proven knowledge of cGMP processes, including deviations, etc.
Demonstrated excellent communication and documentation skills.
