As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, greeting and welcoming guests with a smile. Your main responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, preparing quality smoothies, acai bowls, coffee beverages, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. You will work closely with your team to uphold our ten core values, which include gratitude, positivity, excellence, respect, transparency, and growth.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to each guest by welcoming them with open arms.

Prepare quality smoothies, acai bowls, and coffee in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including regularly cleaning equipment and utensils.

Uphold the ten core values of BerryBox by demonstrating gratitude, positivity, excellence, respect, transparency, and growth.

Work closely with your team to promote positivity and growth by actively participating in problem-solving and strategizing.

Communicate effectively with guests, shift leaders, and management to ensure a positive guest experience.

Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
