```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow recipes and guidelines for beverage preparation to maintain consistency
- Handle food preparation tasks such as baking pastries and assembling sandwiches
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment with precision and care
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations when handling food products

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS system is a plus
- Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
- Understanding of retail math concepts for inventory management
