About the Role
As an operations manager, you’ll have ownership over a discrete set of functions that are fundamental to the ongoing health and explosive growth of the company. You’ll immediately oversee the training and ongoing management of a team of customer experience associates executing important tasks. As the first customer experience operations manager will have the unique opportunity to get boots-on-the-ground experience building a best-in-class customer experience function while also interfacing directly with our founders and senior management. Your most important role will be contributing to the continually improving efficiency of the business, both by ruthlessly streamlining systems/processes as well as by distilling critical learnings from your unique perspective within the organization.
