Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.Position: Business Development ManagerHours/Week: Full-time, 40 hoursCompensation:* Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission* Bonus opportunities* PTO, sick days and paid holidays* Cell phone and computer provided by companyReports To: OwnerSummary:* To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand* To promote the services of Paul Davis* To build industry relationshipsResponsibilities:* Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling* Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits* Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP)* Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards* Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes* Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager* Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly* Attend business networking functions to promote the business* Coordinate and manage community and charitable events* Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses* Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up* Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested* Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basisSkills and Knowledge:* Strong verbal and written communications* Strategic thinking and planning* Project management and multitasking capability* Strong organizational skills* Exemplary computer skills, i.e. Internet & Microsoft OfficePersonal Characteristics:* Professional demeanor* Personable, presentable, articulate* Open, cooperative, enthusiastic* Self-directed with exceptional initiativeQualifications:* Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree* Two or more years' sales and marketing experience* Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience idealPaul Davis is an equal opportunity employer.Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
