Reporting to the Campus Director of Financial Aid, Berkeley Financial Aid Administrators provide direct counseling to students and their families regarding federal, state, institutional, and private sources of aid, and assist students with the completion of aid applications, verification items, and other paperwork as needed. Delivering excellence through customer service and follow-through is essential to this position.
Other duties as assigned.
